I was slightly nervous to try being hypnotised, and also being hypnotised by someone I didn’t know and I was unsure of what it would involve  .. but I really wanted to try something different to stop smoking.. Matilda was amazing, explaining the process so clearly and I felt comfortable from the start.. the actual hypnotism was incredibly relaxing and I felt very comfortable throughout .. I’m a complete convert on the process and would recommend it to everyone to give it a go now!
