What even is Hypnotherapy?


✨ Hypnotherapy is like a guided meditation with a set goal at the end! In hypnotherapy we use trance (the state of hypnosis) to create positive and long lasting changes within the brain. When you are in a trance, your mind is more open to creative thinking, problem solving, and change.


✨ Hypnotherapy has the power to change your relationship with your mind and body. In a hypnotherapy session we use a mixture of talking therapies (psychotherapy), as well as hypnosis, to really cement new positive ideas in to the brain.


✨ We won’t spend hours going over your past, but instead focus on what we can do to improve your future, and support you to move forward. We also look at the science behind what is going on in the brain, so you can really understand what is going on inside your head.


✨ Hypnotherapy can help with a range of different issues such as anxiety, depression, phobias, weight loss, quitting smoking, low confidence, exam or work stress, and panic attacks.
