WHAT DOES HYPNOSISÂ FEEL LIKE AND WILL IT WORK ON ME?
Hypnosis is much more ordinary than it sounds. We actually go into Hypnosis (or trance) many times a day, such as when we are driving, showering, or making our morning coffee. Everyone can be hypnotised, since it is a state of mind (like daydreaming) that we can go in to very easily.
WHAT AGES DO YOU WORK WITH?
I am qualified to work with all ages, and have experience working with both adults and children.
HOW MANY SESSIONS DOES IT TAKE?
Both CBT and hypnotherapy are brief therapies which are hugely effective in a short time frame. We usually work together for between 8-12 sessions.
CAN YOU MAKE ME DO ANYTHING I DON’T WANT TO DO?
Absolutely not. Hypnotherapy enables people to achieve whatever it is they want to achieve, but this is entirely within your control, and a hypnotherapist cannot and will not make you do anything you do not want to.
HOW DOES A HYPNOTHERAPY SESSION WORK?
We will start with a free 30 minute consultation to assess what is the right treatment plan for you. In the following sessions we will spend 30 minutes talking through how to reach your goals and your progress, with around 20 minutes of hypnosis.
